Psychomotor physiotherapy helps you understand and address tension in your body linked to stress and emotions. The treatment combines conversation with physical exercises.
We offer groups for anxiety and worry, a support group for students with autism, a relationships group, and a group for master’s students, among others. Group therapy are currently only offered in Norwegian.
In Oslo, there are support groups for various topics, such as anxiety, experiences of sexual assault, eating disorders, substance addiction, and sex addiction. Most of the groups listed are held in norwegian, but please contact the groups/organisations directly to enquire about groups in english.
Offers free conversations and activities for all students in Oslo. They have confidentiality and do not keep medical records. You choose the topic for the conversation and who you want to talk to: a student Buddhist, student Humanist, Catholic student priest, or student chaplain.
