Pop-up Cross Training with Ingvild S and Sofie C. This is an event class that will appear every now and then. The schedule varies from time to time, but the classes will include both strength and conditioning. Yoga Workshop: Nidra & Sound Bath Saturday 24th of May at 15:00-17:00 with instructor Mathilde F. Join us for a relaxing workshop that combines Yoga Nidra and sound bath to provide deep rest for both body and mind. Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep," is a guided meditation where you lie comfortably on a mat as you are led through a deep relaxation that gives your body rest while keeping your mind awake. We will then flow into a sound bath with the help of crystal bowls, where the sounds and vibrations create a calming and harmonious effect on both body and mind. You are warmly welcome to a relaxing and nourishing workshop!

Super Cage Challenge Sunday 25th of May at 12:00-13:00 with Team Athletica Centrum. Welcome to the Super Cage Challenge! This is a type of Cage Challenge class in a larger and more exciting version. We use the entire downstairs for a powerful circle session with 6 instructors spread over 6 stations. A fun class with intensive and varied strength and conditioning training!

Yoga Workshop: Rest & Rejuvenate Saturday 7th of June at 17:00-19:00 with instructor Aleksandra O. Join us for a 2-hour workshop designed to nourish your nervous system and invite deep rest. Through gentle, mindful movement, somatic practices, and restorative yoga, you’ll be guided into a deeper connection with your body and a state of calm and relaxation. We will then transition into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice also known as "yogic sleep", which offers the opportunity to release mental tension and experience profound rest. This workshop is suitable for all levels and offers a space to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.

Events at Athletica Domus

Pop-up Athletica Bootcamp with Helene D and Malin R. This is a class that will appear every now and then. In this class, we work on endurance, resilience and strength in an energetic, efficient and playful way. We use equipment such as barbells, kettlebells, boxes and various fitness equipment. The class is suitable for both beginners and advanced players who want to push their own limits. Book the class in the app or here from 5 days before.

Special group classes at Athletica Vulkan

Hit & Strength Pop-up with Nathalie L. are classes that will appear from time to time as an addition to the regular group class schedule. Hit & Strength is a tough, raw and intensive strength and conditioning class. The content varies, and equipment is used such as barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, boxes, rowing, rowing and cycling machines. The class is perfect for those who like to challenge themselves with high intensity and variety during different strength and fitness intervals.  Look for the class in the app or here from 5 days before.

Events at Athletica Kringsjå

Experience Marka is an event where we go for a longer hike in Normarka for about 3,5-4 hours. We will visit different destinations in Nordmarka and the hike start and ends at Athletica Kringsjå. In the middle off the hike we will set up camp, make a bonfire, make some snack as well as socialize before we head back home. If you sign up for an event like this, remember to bring some drinks and your own food if you want to grill something, and always dress for the conditions. Test a PT for free

Sometimes there will be sessions in our booking called Test a PT for free. This is simply a personal trainer who wants to give you a free PT session, one to one, focusing on how it can be like to train with a PT.It is the first-come, first-served principle that applies! Remember to cancel your booking within three hours before if you cannot participate after all. Then someone else can take your spot.
