OSI Squash - Open training/Åpen trening

Om eventet

[English below] Vi holder prøvetreninger, åpen for alle uansett nivå! Vi har racket og baller å låne. Eneste du trenger å ta med er gymsko. På treningen vil du få en introduksjon til squash, inkludert regler og teknikk. Etter dette så vil vi gjøre noen enkle øvelser og slutte med litt ordentlig spilling. Du trenger ikke medlemskap i SiO Athletica for å bli med, bare å møte i resepsjonen så vil du bli tatt imot av et våre medlemmer eller så blir du sendt opp av ansatte på Domus. Datoene for treningene er: Tirsdag 28/01 20:00-21:45 Mandag 3/02 17:30-20:00 Tirsdag 4/02 20:00-21:45 Torsdag 6/02 20:00-21:45 Hvis du ikke har mulighet til å stille på noen av prøvetreningene så kan du ta kontakt så finner vi en løsning. We have rackets and balls available for borrowing. The only thing you need to bring is gym shoes. During the training, you will receive an introduction to squash, including rules and technique. Following this, we will engage in some simple drills and conclude with some actual gameplay. You do not need a membership with SiO Athletica to participate; simply arrive at the reception where you will be greeted by one of our members or sent upstairs by the Domus staff.
