With an appointment, it will often be easier to get to the gym. When you train with a PT, it will therefore be perceived as more binding than if you were to train alone. The fact that a person is waiting for you perhaps gives you a little extra motivation to get out the door?

Your goal

You decide what your training goal is. In collaboration with a PT, you will set expectations and goals about what training should be for you, so that the PT knows what is expected and what your wishes are. A goal does not have to be a new PR. It might as well just be help to take a break from studying, and be social and exercise with someone who has a plan ready for you.

Motivation and achieving

Our PT team is concerned that you have a good experience during the training. We challenge you to go a little outside your comfort zone while we facilitate so that you master the training. With individually adapted training, regular attendance and progress in training, your inner motivation will increase. As a result, you become more independent and make active, good choices in your everyday life.
