HYROX room at Athletica Domus! Here you can either participate in HYROX sessions with an instructor or workout on your own outside of scheduled classes.
HYROX is an international workout format and competition concept that has grown rapidly in popularity because it is easy to understand and motivating to complete.A typical HYROX session consists of running combined with various functional exercises, such as sled pushes, rowing, wall balls, lunges, and burpees.In a competition setting, HYROX consists of 1 km of running followed by one functional station, repeated eight times.

We offer dedicated HYROX classes with an instructor where you will receive guidance and a good introduction to the training method. You will find the classes in ourgroup class schedule, under the yellow category Cardio & Mix. HYROX classes last from 55 to 75 minutes.
Hyrox is suitable for anyone who wants a varied and effective workout, whether you are a beginner or experienced. The sessions can be adapted to different levels, giving you the opportunity to train purposefully with progression over time. This is a form of training for those who like clear frameworks, high intensity and a sense of accomplishment.

The new HYROX room is built in room 2A on the second floor of Athletica Domus. Here you will find a dedicated area with equipment and setups adapted for HYROX training.
The HYROX room opened mid-May, and we look forward to welcoming you.
Outside of scheduled classes, the room will also be available for open training—so you can work out whenever it suits you.
