Outdoor gym, activities and outdoor lifeAthletica Kringsjå has a large selection of equipment for both strength and fitness. In the summer it is possible to train outdoors in our outdoor gym. The doors to the outdoor area are open on request or when the weather permits. Right next to the club there is also an outdoor training park with fixed equipment. This park is a public training park. At Athletica Kringsjå you can participate in group training classes or join some of the activities we arrange outdoors. If you enjoy the outdoors, this is the club for you. You get to SiO Athletica Kringsjå by public transport. Take Metro 5 to Kringsjå or the 25 bus to Kongleveien. If you come by car, there are several parking options in the student city, for a fee.
