Want to make your workouts a bit more fun this December?

You can bring a friend to train with you at SiO Athletica – at no extra cost. Whether your friend is completely new to the gym or just needs a little push to get started again, this is a great way to work out together in a low-threshold way.

Here’s how it works:

  • If you’re a member, bring your friend to the reception when you arrive to train.
  • We register your friend as a visitor using the QR code at the “visitor registration” in the reception.
  • The same friend can work out with you up to two times during December.

Training together can make it both more fun and easier to stick to your routines. You can try group classes, lift weights side by side, or just take a social and active break from reading and lectures. Many people find it easier to actually show up when they’ve made an appointment with someone else.

At SiO Athletica you have access to six centres across Oslo, with everything from group classes and strength rooms to swimming pools and squash courts included in your membership. That gives you plenty of options to find a type of training that works for both of you.
