What is Athletica BOOST?
Athletica BOOST is a motivational competition that SiO Athletica organizes every fall and every spring for all our members.
- The goal is to create good workout habits and work out at least two sessions a week.
- If you work out twice a week, you get a weekly prize from us.
- One of the two sessions per week should be a group class at SiO Athletica, as you get more points for that.
You collect points for each session:
- Group classes = 3 points
- Individual workout = 1 point
The points are used in the drawing for the main prizes. More points = greater chance of winning. When the competition period is over, you are automatically entered into the drawing for the main prizes, as long as you have participated for at least one week.
This year's main prizes
- 1 pc gift card from Power – value NOK 6 000
- 1 pc gift card for Hummel clothes in our shop – value NOK 3 000
- 3 × 4 months of free membership at SiO Athletica

After each session you complete, you come to one of our receptions and scan a QR code that corresponds to your session. You collect points for each session, and the points are used in the drawing of the main prizes.Group classes are worth 3 points and individual workout is worth 1 point.
3. Get weekly prize
When you have worked out twice a week, you will receive a weekly prize at the reception. There are different weekly prizes every week.

More sessions in one day?
To get your two sessions per week approved, your training sessions must be spread over different days. We recommend a little workout consistently, rather than a lot of workout at once.
What is an approved workout?
A workout must be a minimum of 30 minutes of physical activity. One of the sessions per week should be a group class at SiO Athletica, as you will receive 3 points for this session.
