When you have a membership with us, you will automatically get access Online group classes in the app and here on sio.no when you are logged in to My page. There you will find our most popular group classes!

With our Online training, you can play the classes whenever and wherever you want, whether you are at home in your student accommodation, on holiday, outdoor, at mum and dad's house, or wherever suits you best. How nice isn't that? You start the group class you want and follow the instructions. All our online classes require minimal equipment - and the equipment you may need can be put together from what you already have at home.

Our most popular group training classes are recorded as online sessions so you can follow them wherever you are.

Are you curious about group classes at the gym? Do you want to try group classes&nbsp;but think it's a bit scary? Maybe you are completely new to a gym? Then it's absolutely perfect to test one of our online classes at home first, so you can get a small idea of what a group class is like. Remember that group classes that take place at the gyms may differ somewhat from the online classes, and that it is obviously more fun and rewarding to train with a larger group than just one instructor!&nbsp;
