What is guest training?
Guest training means that if you are a student and member of SiO Athletica you can guest train with other student welfare training facilities in other parts of Norway. You can guest train for up to 15 days spread over a calendar year, in addition to up to two months during the summer holidays in the period June 15th to August 15th. If you have temporary paused your membership you can not guest train.
Guest training applies to students who have a valid training membership with these student organisations:

- Oslo (SiO)
- Ås (SiÅs)
- Stavanger (SiS)
- Vestlandet (Sammen)
- Agder (SiA)
- Sørøst-Norge (SSN)
- Norges arktiske studentsamskipnad.
