Adrian has both instructor and practitioner experience in Muay Thai and MMA. In addition, he has extensive experience in a number of other martial arts such as Jiu Jitsu, wrestling and boxing. Adrian is currently studying osteopathy at Kristiania University College. Regardless of whether you have little or a lot of experience in Muay Thai, Adrian can help you with further development of technique, strength and condition aimed at the sport. Aleksandra is a certified neuroreflexologist from Medika Nova. Neuroreflexology is a manual treatment method where points on the skin are stimulated. Aleksandra is also educated in Japanese facial massage.
Using various techniques such as pressure, massage, stroking, and connective tissue massage, the massage therapist works systematically on the entire body to influence, among other things, blood and lymph circulation, muscles, skeleton, and connective tissue.
Allan is a certified personal trainer that specializes in open water swimming, functional strength, endurance training and improved healthspan and has close to 10 years of experience as a coach. Allan uses the latest research and best practices in order to optimize his training methodology with his customers. Allan is also an elite athlete participating at international level in cross country skiing and triathlon competitions where he races for his national team. Allan mainly speaks English and Spanish.
Amalie has a bachelor degree in «exercise, health and sports performance» from The Norwegian School of Sport Sciences. In adition she has certification as Active instructor (special expertise in training people who have been through cancer treatment) from NIH, as well as fall prevention courses for the elderly.
Amalie is a committed PT, with great background knowledge. She can offer both versatile and more specific training, whether the goal is within strength, endurance, or you just want help to incorporate a good training routine.
Anders is a certified personal trainer through Gostudy and has extensive experience in strength and endurance training. Anders has experience from, among other things, football, volleyball and athletics. With his expertise, he offers a collaboration based on your wishes/ needs and works together towards your future goals.
Andrea is a personal trainer, with a bachelor´s degree in sports, physical activity and health. She has been playing football for many years, and she has also experience as a coach. In addition to football, she has knowledge with both strength and endurance training. Andrea wants everyone to enjoy being physically active! She is now studying physiotherapy, to increase her competence. Andrea also has a course from inspartum in training during and after pregnancy. Whatever your goals are, Andrea is there to help you!
Aurora holds a bachelor’s degree in training, health and performance from the Norwegian School of Sports Science. She has experience from many different activities, but lately her focus has been directed to handball and strength training. Aurora has in short time gained experience as a handball coach and PT, and looks forward to new challenges. Aurora will help you reach your goals in an efficient and structured way and she promise you that you will have fun doing it.
Ayla is a final-year physiotherapy student at Saxion University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands. Ayla has a lot of experience working with older adults and can offer personal training to individuals in all age groups.In her role as a personal trainer, Ayla is passionate about motivating you at the gym, helping you feel more comfortable and at ease with equipment. She can offer varied training personalized to your needs, including strength training and cardio or a mix of both. Benedicte is a certified PT from the Norwegian Swimming Association, and has a broad background in swimming. She has competed in swimming at the national level. She can help you with further development of technique and fitness aimed towards the sport, individual training adapted to goals and overall enjoyment of training. Benedicte's motivation comes from other people's sense of mastery and that with the help of training you can establish a new positivity in everyday life.
Benedikte is a certified Pilates instructor and personal trainer from Polestar Pilates with extensive experience as an instructor since 2014 and as a personal trainer since 2016. With a keen eye for detail, she tailors training programs for everyone – from those with injuries or chronic illnesses to elite athletes looking to enhance their performance. Benedikte has multiple specializations in Pilates, including mat work and all Pilates equipment, such as the Reformer.
Benedikte was educated in New Zealand, where she worked as a clinical Pilates instructor and as a personal trainer in clinics, collaborating with osteopaths and physiotherapists to help rehabilitate injuries and train individuals with chronic conditions. She has also worked with athletes in handball, football, and track and field. Benedikte helps you set goals and provides you with the tools to achieve them – whether it’s improving performance in your sport or making a strong recovery from an injury.

Daniel is a certified PT and Pilates instructor. He has a degree in dance/dance teaching from the Norwegian College of Dance(HK). Daniel is concerned with exercise making life easier and more fun. He accomplishes this by integrating mobility into the exercises, by working with the breath and maintaining calm while increasing the challenge. By looking at exercise and movement as skill work it becomes more interesting to exercise, and one quickly becomes aware of what qualities will give the best returns when improved.

Didrik is a certified Personal Trainer from the Academy of Personal Training. He is also receiving further education as an Osteopath at the School Health Sciences, Høyskolen Kristiania. He perceives training as the adult version of playing in the sandbox, and wishes to introduce the activity as a positive addition in more people’s lives.

Elvir Cehajic is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach from the Academy for Personal Training, as well as a certified instructor and coach by the Norwegian Swimming Federation. He has competed internationally in swimming for several years and has been an active swim coach since 2016. Elvir has worked with everyone from children needing to build water confidence to individuals with disabilities and adults who have never been in the water before, helping them learn to swim or improve their technique.
Elvir is currently active in triathlons and offers guidance in open water swimming, including acclimatization and technique training. He is fluent in both English and Norwegian, and has a strong ability to identify areas for improvement in various swimming styles. Elvir supports you in reaching your goals in an efficient and structured way. Even when progress seems slow, he motivates you to keep going, and he promises you’ll have fun along the way.
Emir is a PT and instructor who focuses on making training challenging but fun. He has experience from various ball sports with basketball as the main sport. With extensive experience in strength training and plyometric training, Emir can help you whether you want to be strong, fast, agile and flexible or lose weight in addition to training for various sports. Emir has a bachelor's degree in physical education and is studying a bachelor's degree in training, and is a certified Perfomance Specialist under Scandinavian Top Team.
Erlend is a physiotherapist specializing in strength training and endurance sports. With a background in swimming and many years of experience in triathlons, he can help you become stronger, faster, and more enduring—no matter your level. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, Erlend will tailor a training plan that meets your needs and goals.
He also has extensive knowledge of load management, ensuring continuity and efficiency in training. As a physiotherapist, he can help you both prevent and rehabilitate injuries while building a strong and resilient body.
Fredrik is a certified personal trainer through AFPT and has his background from sports and online coaching. He has experience in strength training, soccer and spesific strength training for soccer-players, plyometric training and liftestyle consulting. Fredrik can help you reach your goals, that be; getting in shape, get stronger or lifestyle consulting.
Helene is a trained health and exercise physiologist, with a bachelor's degree in physical activity and nutrition from Kristiania University College. She can help you structure and achieve your personal goals in training and diet. With her expertise, she helps you make physical activity a natural and meaningful part of your everyday life. As your personal trainer, Helene can offer both strength- and cardio-focused PT classes in the studio, in addition to the fact that her experience with water gymnastics also allows for a focus on strength and fitness in water. Helene can also offer nutrition guidance that gives you the tools you need for a healthy and balanced diet. Henrik Dahl is a certified Osteopath at the College of Kristiania and certified Personal Trainer at the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences. Currently he is doing a masters degree in Nutritional competency for healthcare personnel at OsloMet. Henrik has an interest for strength training with the focus on increasing both strength and muscle mass. As an osteopath he has a great understanding for how the body adapts to training in an optimal way for avoiding injury. Through the education, Henrik has gotten lots of experience with manual therapy and offers massage to reduce tension, increase range of motion and the body’s capacity.Henrik promises you an effective and safe experience into training to achieve your goals.
With a background in top sports, dance, Olympic weightlifting, calisthenics, strength training and functional training, Hoa will give you a varied training session with professional quality and creative content. Hoa is concerned that you should feel the joy of training at each session, which in turn will give you more energy and profit in everyday life.

The majority of her experience is from boxing, where she has trained and competed at a high level for many years. Jared has over 10 years of experience as a competitive swimmer, as well as several years of experience teaching basic swimming skills and coaching competitive swimmers of all ages and at different skill levels, including triathletes. He carefully plans practice sessions according to your skills and goals. This can include drills to build good fundamental technique, close focus on more advanced skills, and higher-effort workouts for those interested in more intense training or competition.Since early in his swimming career, Jared has been very excited to see those around him succeed, and he especially loves playing a part in somebody else’s progress and improvement. He is happy to help you reach specific goals as a swimmer or simply improve your general ability and comfort level in the water.
Jesus is a certified PT from A.C.E with over 10 years’ experience as a professional bodyboarder. He is qualified at level 2 Calisthenics from WCO (World Calisthenics Organization), level 1 Eleiko Kettlebell and TRX coach. In addition, Jesus has participated in various training workshops worldwide, as well as worked with some of the best personal trainers in the industry.
His focus is on functional strength, with the use of bodyweight, balance and TRX suspension training. With the aim of always creating a tailored workout for personal needs and goals, Jesus will create an effective and fun program for you. His training methods can be adapted to all levels, including professionals who wish to improve their technique and for those want to get a more functional approach to training. Jonathan is a trained Eleiko Strength Coach and has experience from various strength training forms such as body weight, heavy strength training, muscle growth and flexibility training. He has been active in cross-country skiing and competed at the national level. With top sports cross-country skiing from Meråker high school, Jonathan can help you with general ski form and technique, or top and sharpen your form against competition. Whatever your goal, he will help you establish good routines with fun and varied training.
Jorn has over 8 years of experience as a swimming coach, with specialization in open water and triathlon swimming. He is a certified NSF swimming instructor and trainer, both for beginners and higher levels.
Jorn can help you reach your goals through varied and structured exercises. He loves to train all different swimmers, both children and adults. Jorn thinks that swimming, both in the pool and in the open water, is an experience everyone should be able to enjoy.
Karine is an educated dancing coach through the Norwegian Dance Federation and has a long experience within standard and latin dancing. She's a former Norwegian champion in the youth and U21 category and has been a part of the Norwegian national team and represented Norway in both European- and World-championships. Karine is now studying for a master’s degree in psychology at UiO and works as an instructor and host at SiO Athletica.
Karine can offer one to one sessions, sessions for couples or group sessions. If you want to learn how to dance for fun, improve your technique and coordination or if you want to use it as a way to exercise, Karine can help you reach your dancing goals!
Kenneth has a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy and a master’s degree in sports science. He has completed a course in advanced training program design at AFPT, as well as a course in returning to sports after knee and shoulder injury at NIMI. He has several years of experience from strength training and sports.
As a PT he is dedicated to help you reach your goals at training and your sports. He can create individualized training programs so you can increase your performance at training or at your sport, as well as contribute to creating the foundation for a healthy and active lifestyle.
Kevin has over 15 years of strength training and bodybuilding experience and has helped many reach their goals. Kevin will help you achieve your goals through structurally and effective training sessions and promises a fun time reaching those goals while remaining healthy.
Kornelia is educated teacher in physical education and sports. She trains CrossFit, competes in Functional Fitness national championship and has competed in the national championship in weightlifting. Her sports background is from handball and football.
Kornelia will help you reach your goals and feel mastery. Training should be fun and together we will work in a targeted manner so that you become the best version of yourself.
Kristian is a masseur from Treningsterapiskolen and has PT education from SAFE Education. After finishing his massage education, Kristian has been practicing combining techniques from different types of massage practices and can therefore adjust to any client’s needs. He has experience with different types of strength training, like calisthenics, gymnastics and mobility training. He will help you whether you want to improve mobility and flexibility, do you first handstand, try new training methods or get back from an injury.

Leon is a certified PT from Active Education for Personal Training, and actively competes in men's physique. He is also a certified masseuse from the Sirius Natural Therapy School and has experience in classical massage. As of today, he is also studying osteopathy at Høyskolen Kristiania.
With his background in strength and bodybuilding, Leon will help you in a structured way towards your goals and promises you that you will have fun along the way.
Linnea is a student at the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Physiology. With a background as a competitive swimmer and over five years of experience in both strength and endurance training, she has extensive practical experience, and theoretical in-depth knowledge of training and health.

Maicon is certified personal trainer and Jiu-Jitsu instructor with over 10 years of experience. He has been training Jiu-Jitsu from year 2000 where he started back in Brazil, since then it has been a consistent experience with the martial art, training, competing and teaching in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Maicon will help you reach your goals. For those who already practice and wish to increase their Jiu-Jitsu level or just begin with this pursue in the martial art you will be offered the opportunity to learn it on a one to one basis, and improve both your martial arts and fitness level.
Malin is a final-year physiotherapy student who previously studied at the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences and is a certified osteoarthritis therapist. She is a former elite athlete with 15 years of experience in handball and attended Norges Toppidrettsgymnas but had to retire due to two torn ACLs. She has long experience in injury rehabilitation, preventive care, and performance-enhancing training. Malin has extensive experience with strength and cardiovascular training and works as a group instructor at SiO Athletica. She is passionate about helping you achieve your goals in a fun and effective manner, drawing on her experience and knowledge from physiotherapy.
Malin is a certified personal trainer and has a master's degree in Sports Medicine from Norges Idrettshøgskole. She is also a trained health and exercise physiologist, with a bachelor's degree in Training, Health and Performance. Malin has experience with various forms of training, ranging from traditional strength training, cardio, weightlifting and CrossFit.

Marlene is currently studying physiotherapy and has a lot of experience with exercising. She has played handball for many years, but for the time being she is focusing on strength training. Marlene has a holistic view on health and exercise and wishes for everyone to be able to implement training into their everyday life.Marlene is focused on giving you a customized training program that fits your needs and preferences to make you reach your goals while having fun. Correct form and technique are two of the big focus points in the training to give the best possible baseline for the program.
