Athletica Centrum is a large club on three floors located down town between OsloMET and the royal palace. Here we have a large selection of group classes.

Wide range of training with a large selection of group classesAthletica Centrum has a large and varied training offer. Here you can go to group training classes, do your own exercise, relax in the sauna, use PT or get a massage.Athletica Centrum has a large studio area, and four group training studios that are open for self-training when there are no classes there. The club specializes in having a large offer of different group training classes. We have our own yoga studio and cycling studio with watt bikes from Stages Flight.
Other facilitiesThe club has women's and men's wardrobes with showers and saunas. We have a private wardrobe and handicap wardrobe with shower and lockable closet, as well as treatment and massage rooms.There is a lift to all our floors, please contact the reception for access.
LocationAthletica Centrum is located down town between OsloMET and the royal palace. The main entrance is from Holbergsgate 21. The reception is located on the ground floor at the entrance and is always staffed during our opening hours.Welcome to training with us!

You can get to SiO Athletica Centrum easily by public transport. You can take all the subway lines to the National Theater, Trams 17, 18 and 19 to Holbergs plass or bus 33, 37, 150, 160 or 250 to St. Olavs plass. Athletica Centrum does not have a parkingspace for cars, but we have bike parking just outside the main entrance.
