Wide training offer in the middle of campus
At Athletica Blindern you will find a large and varied training offer. Join group training classes, do your own exercise, climb in the bouldering room or play ball in the multipurpose hall. You can also use a PT or masseur.

The club consists of a large gym area with many larger and smaller zones. Here it is easy to find "your own corner". The group training studios are open for self-training when there are no classes.

Bouldering room and multipurpose hall
Athletica Blindern has a boulderingroom, climbing wall and multipurpose hall. These activities are open from 8 am on weekdays and throughout the opening hours on Saturday.

The bouldering room is included in your membership and can be used when it is available.

The climbing wall is located in the multipurpose hall, and can be used when part 1 of the hall is not in use. If you want to use the climbing wall, you must have a Brattkort (national certification standard issued by the Norwegian Climbing Federation) and your own equipment. You can rent climbing shoes at the reception for NOK 25.

You can also use the multipurpose hall for handball, basketball, volleyball, badminton, floorball, football, cannonball or other play.

Other facilities
The club has ladies' and gents wardrobes with showers. We also have a sauna that is open to ladies and men every other day. Ladies can use the sauna on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and men can use the sauna on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

We have a disabled toilet and private wardrobe with shower, as well as lockable cabinets on the outside in the hallway. In addition, there are treatment and massage rooms at the club. You can take the elevator down to the lower floor and our reception area.

Location
Athletica Blindern is located in the middle of campus UiO Blindern. You will find us downstairs at the end of Frederikkebygget (at the opposite end of the grocery store). The club is staffed throughout the opening hours.
Note: Due to temporary rehabilitation on the lower floor of the Frederikke building, the only access to the club is by the multipurpose hall and down the stairs.
