How about inviting your new study buddies to a spontaneous karaoke night? Syng has free drop-in karaoke for students every Tuesday!And on Mondays, one of the rooms with an open mic is also free. What a deal!

  • Tram 12: Ride past beautiful buildings in Frogner, through Aker Brygge and up to Kjelsås in the north.
  • Tram 19: Travel through Bogstadveien and charming Homansbyen to Gamlebyen (Oslo’s old town), the medieval ruins, and the amazing Ekeberg Sculpture Park.

Visit a Farm

Yes, really! Visit a petting farm where you can feed alpacas, groom and ride horses, jump in haystacks, and even go for a horse and carriage ride. There are several farms in and around Oslo, so pick one with the animals and activities that suit your style!
