SiO Kindergarten receives outstanding feedback in this year’s user survey among parents. With consistently higher results than both municipal and private kindergartens, the survey shows that close cooperation with parents creates the best kindergartens.
Parents particularly highlight the safe and inclusive environment, the dedicated staff, and the strong communication between home and kindergarten. The results show that SiO Kindergarten succeeds in its goal of creating a daily life filled with care, play, and learning.

About the Survey
The Parent Survey in kindergartens was conducted by the Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training (Udir) for the tenth time in January 2025. It is an annual, national survey where parents have the opportunity to provide feedback on the kindergarten’s daily operations, the content of its offerings, and the children’s well-being. The results are used by kindergartens, municipalities, and authorities to improve the kindergarten services. The survey is voluntary, anonymous, and provides an important foundation for development work in the kindergarten sector.
