Play is children's natural activity. It is magical, a place where children fantasize and wonder. Through play, children gain experiences and process their adventures. It helps shape their perception of the world, their self-image, and creativity. Play has many forms of expression and can lead to understanding and friendships across ages, languages, and cultural differences. Important qualities such as care, empathy, openness, and self-esteem are developed particularly through interaction with others. Our kindergarten aims to inspire and provide space for various types of play both indoors and outdoors.

We also enjoy spending time outdoors. We have a fantastic outdoor area with natural terrain and trees on all sides. The kindergarten is situated in a large garden with old chestnut trees, and the outdoor space offers versatile activity opportunities year-round. Our neighborhood offers several exciting destinations for outings, and we have easy access to all public transportation.

In our kindergarten, we have a total of 22 children and 6 staff members. We have educators and experienced assistants in both departments, and we have a close and good collaboration with the parents.

SiO kindergarten preserves the magic of childhood. Children live in the moment and must be given the opportunity to experience every day as meaningful and limitless. Play and children's wonder are our primary focus. Children can experience small moments as magical and must be given the opportunity to be spontaneous and impulsive. We want all children to feel that our kindergarten is a good and safe place to be, where everyone feels seen and recognized for who they are, and can be themselves regardless of gender and background.
