Cancellation of appointments

If you can’t show up to your appointment, you must cancel it to avoid being charged a fee.Normal check-ups must be cancelled the working day before the appointment. This means that if you have an appointment on a Monday and can’t come, you must cancel the appointment the Friday before, within our opening hours. Appointments for treatments must be cancelled 2 working days before.If you have an emergency appointment and arrive more than 10 minutes late, you lose the appointment and must pay a fee.If you don’t show up to your appointments without cancelling two times in a row, you lose the ability to use our services.
