Student feedback
- User panel
Twice a year, we host user panels at universities and colleges that have SiO Mat og Drikke dining locations. These panels include students and staff from the institutions, as well as representatives from SiO mat og Drikke.
The user panels are a space where we listen to students’ experiences and feedback about their local dining options. We also share updates about new offerings, campaigns, and planned changes.
The most important part of the user panels? Hearing from students. So if you’d like to participate, get in touch with your faculty.
- Focus groups
When developing new services or offerings, we often need student feedback — and that’s when we invite students to join focus groups. The input from these groups helps us tailor our services even better to student needs.
Typical focus group topics include food for those with allergies or dietary restrictions, vegetarian options, and campus food offerings.
- Your opinion matters!
Do you have thoughts about the food, opening hours, or atmosphere at your dining location? We’d love to hear them! At all SiO dining locations, you’ll find table posters with QR codes. Scan the code and share your feedback — it only takes a minute.
We read all feedback weekly and take it seriously.
- Surveys at dining locations
Sometimes we need quick input from students, and then we ask those who are already at our dining locations. One example is the introduction of reusable containers at Frederikke cafeteria, where we needed feedback on how to simplify communication around using the container.
