Tonje likes norwegian traditional food, and hopes the students also like and make the dishes so they will not be forgotten!
Tonje is head of department and chef at Anna`s eatery, and has been with us since 2018. Her most important task is to provide tasty food, and make sure that the students have a nice break when they visit Anna's eatery. Good and short-distance food is important when Tonje cooks, and the feedback shows that the students agree!
Wanida makes fantastic Thai food, and is a ray of sunshine in the kitchen!
Wanida is a trained chef and has been with us since 2017. She has previously worked at Teaterkafeen making delicious sandwiches. The good and tasty Thai dishes served at Frederikke's eatery are made by Wanida. Norwegian traditional food is also among Wanida's favorites. Wanida is passionate about offering varied and tasty food, and she hopes that everyone will find something they like.
Sander ønsker å lage bra mat slik at studentene kan ha et sunt og variert kosthold.
Sander has worked as a cook at Frederikke eatery since August 2022, and has previously worked in the Armed Forces and Rosenberg slaughterhouse. He wants to make delicious food for everyone - whether you eat meat or not.
