Kringsjå Studentby

SiO has designed new student housing in the car park in the north-west corner of the student town. This will constitute building stage three of the overall plan to densify and revitalize Kringsjå student town.We hope to be able to start construction in the second quarter of 2022. Up to 8 new buildings will be built, which will accommodate approx. 500 apartments; about. 400 one-room and approx. 100 two-room apartments. The construction period is estimated to last 3 – 4 years. The project has a target of a climate reduction of 30 per cent compared to current practice.
