Brenneriveien 11 has a unique location by Akerselva and is well suited for student accommodation. The property is close to several SiO-affiliated educational institutions such as the Academy of Architecture and Design, the Kristiania University College and the University of the Arts, as well as Athletica Vulkan. We want to build 250 student housing in a new development with business on the first and second floors.SiO's ambitions are to create a high-quality student housing project close to attractive park spaces and urban areas along the Akerselva River. We want to revitalize the urban space between Ingensteds/Blå and Vulkan, and upgrade and make Akerselva's riverfront accessible. SiO wants the area to be experienced as active, attractive and safe for the students and the city's population.
